At CarnaticFlute.in, we are committed to offering a valuable and enriching learning experience through our thoughtfully designed flute courses and quality instruments. Since our offerings include digital content with lifetime access and the shipment of a professional flute, we follow a strict no- refund policy under normal circumstances.
1. Digital Course Purchases
All course content including video lessons, PDFs, and assignments is delivered digitally and made available immediately after purchase. As this is non-returnable digital content:
• We do not offer refunds once a course has been purchased.
• This applies even in cases of:
o Change of mind
o Lack of time to pursue the course
o Technical issues on the learner’s device
o Incompatibility with specific browsers or platforms
We strongly encourage you to read the course details carefully or reach out to us with any queries
before enrolling.
2. Flute Dispatch & Delivery
Every course bundle includes a handcrafted, professionally tuned bamboo flute that is shipped after purchase.
• Flutes are non-returnable unless:
o You receive a damaged instrument (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
with clear photos and/or unboxing video)
o You receive an incorrect scale or model
Replacements will be offered at our discretion after proper verification. Kindly note:
• Natural tonal variations or slight tuning differences due to climate are not considered
defects.
• We do not accept returns based on personal preferences after usage.
3. Live Sessions / Consultations
Payments made for live 1-on-1 sessions or consultations are non-refundable.
However:
• Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum 48-hour prior notice.
• Missed sessions or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling.
4. Access or Technical Issues
If you face any trouble accessing your course:
• Please email us at support@carnaticflute.in with your payment details.
• We will assist you promptly to ensure uninterrupted learning.
Please note: refunds are not applicable due to temporary technical issues which can be resolved.
5. Special Circumstances
We understand genuine concerns and will do our best to support you. Refunds may be considered in rare cases such as:
• Duplicate payments
• Accidental multiple purchases
• Failed payment attempts where the amount was debited but access was not granted.
Such cases must be brought to our attention within 7 days of the transaction for timely resolution.
