At CarnaticFlute.in, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery experience for all learners who purchase our course bundles that include a complimentary professional bamboo flute. Please read the following shipping terms carefully.
1. Shipping Eligibility
We ship flutes across India and internationally to learners who have purchased a course bundle that includes a flute. Please ensure your shipping details are complete and accurate at the time of purchase.
2. Shipping Timeline
• Domestic (India):
Flutes are typically dispatched within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery can take an additional 4–6 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.
• International:
International orders are dispatched within 7–10 business days and may take 10–15 business
days (or more) for delivery depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and
local courier efficiency.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to holidays, natural delays, or courier-
related issues. We appreciate your patience.
3. Shipping Charges
• Within India:
Shipping is free and included in your course bundle pricing.
• International Orders:
A nominal shipping fee is applicable depending on the destination. This will be calculated and communicated at the time of enrollment or separately via email.
4. Tracking Information
• Once your flute is dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with tracking details.
• If you do not receive tracking information within the expected dispatch window, please contact us at support@carnaticflute.in.
5. Packaging & Handling
Each flute is:
• Handpicked, quality-checked, and tuned before dispatch
• Packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
Please ensure to record an unboxing video upon delivery. This helps us validate any damage claims.
6. Delivery Issues & Address Errors
• If a delivery is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping will be done at an additional cost borne by the learner.
• Please double-check your shipping information before placing the order.
• If your package is delayed, lost, or returned due to courier issues, we will work with the shipping partner to resolve the issue and update you accordingly.
7. Customs & Duties (International Orders Only)
• Any customs charges, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.
• These charges are not included in the course fee or shipping fee and must be paid directly at the time of delivery, if applicable.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In rare cases where the flute arrives damaged or if there is a scale mismatch:
• Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with:
o Clear photographs of the flute and packaging
o An unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)
We will review and replace the item, if applicable, at our discretion.
